The Challenge
We've teamed up with Box again to launch their groundbreaking new product, Box AI! This cutting-edge product consists of generative AI models, natively integrated into the company's Content Cloud, to help users surface information and generate new content faster. Powered by OpenAI's ChatGPT API, Box AI offers a range of capabilities for users to find the right information and create new content, all regulated by Box's built-in permissions.
With a market flooded by AI announcements, our mission was to create a captivating video that stood out from the crowd and announced the release of Box AI with a bang. In this case study, we'll share the exhilarating challenges and the fantastic outcome that resulted from our close-knit and flexible collaboration with Box's brand and creative team.
Picture this: an intensely competitive and fast-paced AI market within Silicon Valley and a need to emphasize Box's unique focus on security and compliance. The challenge? Crafting a video that not only grabbed attention but communicated Box AI’s unique value proposition within a tight timeline. And to make things even more interesting, the video had to serve two purposes – a snappy 60-second edit for press and social media, and a 2-minute version for the Cloud Content Summit keynote.
Our team knew that flexibility, agility, and, most importantly, collaboration were the keys to success in launching this new tech product to market. So, we joined forces with Box's brand and creative team, working in perfect harmony to ensure all assets were aligned and blended seamlessly. This strong collaboration allowed us to adapt to changes and tackle any emerging pain points, fast.
What we did
We crafted two versions of the animated video – a rapid-fire 60-second edit for press and social media, and an engaging 2-minute version for their Cloud Content Summit keynote. The videos also invited customers to sign up for the BETA test, fueling early adoption and user feedback.
Both videos showcase Box's dedication to security and compliance while highlighting the benefits and features of Box AI, such as knowledge-sharing, augmenting routine tasks, and generating new and revised content.
The Results
