The Challenge

The International Air Transport Association consists of some 278 airlines, primarily major carriers, representing 117 countries. So, when they developed a new interface for users to access, they needed to get across the benefits clearly and succinctly.

Our software tutorial video helped staff see the benefits of the new interface, helping their efficiency soar as high as their planes.

The results

Created a suite of tutorial videos (extremely quickly),

that are now being used to train IATA employees successfully.
